These Terms & Conditions cover six core areas of your relationship with w778. Each area is explained in full in the detailed legal text below.

Any material inaccuracy discovered during or after the KYC process may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You must notify w778 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. w778 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials, or where you have shared access with a third party.
w778 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your valid CNIC or passport; a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address in Pakistan; and proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (such as a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account screenshot). KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. w778 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. To reactivate your account and stop any fees, simply log in and contact our support team.
w778 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w778 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit on the w778 platform is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply for deposits above Rs 100,000 per transaction or Rs 500,000 within any rolling 30-day period. w778 reserves the right to decline deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. All withdrawal requests are subject to a pending period of up to 24 hours during which the request may be cancelled by the Player. Following approval, withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1 to 2 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
w778 strictly prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to a third party. Deposits made from a payment method not registered in the Player's name will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to protect against fraud and money laundering and is applied without exception.
Currency Note: All balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals on w778 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. Your PKR balance is what you see and what you receive.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the w778 platform are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded to a Player must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before any portion of the Bonus Balance or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus funds remaining after the expiry of this period will be forfeited without further notice.
Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and RNG table games typically contribute 10%; and specialty games such as Super Keno and Dreams of Macao contribute at rates specified in the relevant promotion. Sports bets contribute 100% of the qualifying bet amount. The most current contribution rates for each game category are published on the promotions page.
w778 maintains automated monitoring systems to detect patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a low-risk outcome; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; systematic exploitation of low house-edge games during bonus wagering; and any form of coordinated abuse involving multiple players. Where bonus abuse is detected, w778 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and report the activity where legally required.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of a bonus offer is five times (5x) the value of the bonus awarded, subject to a maximum of Rs 50,000 per bonus. Any winnings above this cap will be removed from the Player's balance upon withdrawal request.
All electronic games available on the w778 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios using physical cards, roulette wheels, and dice. w778 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
In the event that a game or betting market is offered with manifestly incorrect odds, stakes limits, or payout rates due to a technical error, software malfunction, or human error, w778 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. No claim for winnings arising from a demonstrable error will be honoured. w778 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players promptly in such circumstances.
Where a game session is interrupted due to a disconnection, power failure, or technical fault before a result has been determined, the game will resume from the point of interruption when the Player reconnects, where the game technology supports this function. Where resumption is not technically possible, the Player's stake for that round will be returned to their Real Money Balance.
All sports bets placed on the w778 platform are subject to the sports-specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In cases of event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, or force majeure, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined — regardless of the reason — will be voided.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. w778 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred as a result of your use of the platform, provided that all games have functioned as intended and no error has occurred. It is your responsibility to determine whether you can afford to risk your money before placing any wager.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w778's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer: Nothing in these Terms limits w778's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your w778 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account after deduction of any applicable fees and non-withdrawable bonus amounts will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
w778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; provided false information during registration or KYC; or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Where an account is terminated due to a material breach of these Terms, w778 reserves the right to retain all or part of the account balance as compensation for losses suffered, costs incurred, or as a contractual penalty, as appropriate to the circumstances. Any such retention will be documented and the Player will be notified in writing.
w778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and via a prominent notice on the w778 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w778 holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan.
In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact w778 customer support with full details of the complaint. w778 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the Player may escalate the matter to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body designated by w778's licensing authority. The ADR process is free of charge to the Player.
These Terms are drafted in English, which shall be the governing language for any dispute resolution proceedings. Translations provided for convenience do not form part of the legal agreement.
